We cover two areas of business for the marine industry. Complete video productions and CAD level vessel and marine product concept modeling in 3D.

 

We work directly with our clients to develop and work out ideas at CAD level and then, if the project warrants, we follow up with multi-media materials needed to present the idea for marketing or training.

 

We videotape and take digital photos, or use existing material from our clients to make a DV production for output on the Internet, multimedia CD's, or full screen DVD's for distribution or trade shows.

 

We have a Mobile Production Unit ready to respond to anywhere in the lower 48 for long duration projects.

 

Our experience comes from working in the field. From the U.S. Coast Guard to Fire Fighting and Law Enforcement, EMS, Machining and Fabrication, Machine Integration and Manufacturing Engineering, University Research, Marketing and Training..., we bring that kind of experience to the table for our clients and we continue to advance with technology to make it even better, faster, and less expensive.

 

The images and files on our web site are not from "stock" photos or renderings. It is a chronological history of what we do for the real world - in real time. MarineImaging.com is a multi-mission, multi-tasking, customer focused entrepreneurship seeking contract work applicable to the real-world of the marine industry design and imaging.

We provide hands-on personalized services toward the construction of steel and aluminum vessels and products for the marine industry as well as products that on onto or into them.

 

Our "study plans" can bypass paper sketching and go directly into CAD level 3D to quickly review and study spatial requirements, test the ideas, then communicate 3D images back to the client, rearrange deck plans and design on the fly, and then communicate what it means back to the engineer in CAD level drawings once the client is satisfied. We've even included laser scanning into the process to look at pre and post planning techniques.

 

Throughout the process of conceptual design we can post updated images into your own personal folder for you to access at your convenience from anywhere in the world with Internet access. No having to wait for us to send them or have them get bogged down by over-full mail boxes or security software.

 

Naval Architects and Marine Engineers are essential. No doubt about it! However, there are many options to explore in custom design so involving the PE before you are ready for engineering might lead you down a path you are not ready for. As long as we maintain our work in a ready state for the professional engineer we are are doing our job.

 

We can work directly with you..., but, with the understanding that our work will eventually go out for engineering and build-out. The more visually and dimensionally accurate information we can provide, the more likely you are to be satisfied with the long term results.

 

The computer is a powerful. In addition to designing a working vessel, a manufacturing machine, or marine products we can also produce a video (or use one you've already had produced), incorporate just about any digital imaging data you need for marketing or training, and then author and burn a master CD or DVD for distribution. WE are about the entire process of MarineImaging.

 

Don't get caught in a time crunch.  Lead times are important and this is a first come, first serve business.

 

Need a marketing or training video to run on your clients computers? Mix interviews, animated walk-throughs, product images, voice-overs, and music backgrounds to make it look like you spent millions..., for a fraction of the cost. (See our Examples Page to review several video options.)

 

Take a hundred or so CD's or DVD's with you to hand out to potential clients. Interactive functions can lead potential clients directly from specific points on our CD to pages on your web site* in seconds!

 

If you don't currently have a video we can produce it for you for Internet delivery, produce it as a DVD, or burn it in MPEG format on the CD with interactive pages so your clients can watch it at higher quality than most Internet connection speeds can deliver.

(* Client must be connected to the Internet and the URL must remain the same after distribution of the CD.)

 

As a value added service to our customers we are developing a production library of dimensionally accurate OEM machines, equipment, and components offered by and used in support of vessel design and the marine industry as a whole, including reduction gears, HVAC, electrical panels, engines, pumps, framing, marine hardware, tools, assets, and outside equipment such as gantry cranes, davits, hoists, and deck gear.

 

We would like to install your product into our library using your 3D CAD files. If do not have them converted, let's talk about how to get the drawings prepared for distribution from a web based library.

Protection of your proprietary designs is our utmost concern so bring your Confidentiality Agreement, or we'll bring ours.

ThermoProbe, Inc. had the ability to produce their own in-house CD along with their web site and all the graphics and content. What they didn't have was the ability to produce the video they wanted.

 

Working with their in-house graphics team we used content they had already generated for their web site, the music they selected, and their basic script to produce the video at MPEG-1 and then sent it to them on a CD.

They took the video, compressed it to WMV, embedded it into a web page and posted it on their web site. Now, the billfold CD links to their web site and their web site contains the video we did.
