- The first step was to produce a 1:1 model
of the largest possible RV by actually measuring several 5th
wheel trailers. Then, the barge was developed around the RV with
an offering of automatic ballast leveling, on-board 10kw generator,
a shore based loading system (not shown), powered by two outboards,
all to be manufactured, disassembled, and shipped overland to
inland marinas for re-assembly. The key element of this design
was the loading system and the method of off-loading and assembly.
Those basics were not in the patent so we've chosen not to show
them here.
